The Baru Volcano
A dormant volcano it is surrounded by a fertile area of cool highlands drained by the Chiriquí and Caldera rivers. The towns of Volcan and Cerro Punta can be found on its western side, while Boquete is on the eastern flank.

The Caldera Hot-springs
On the path to Boquete lies a place known for its famous hotsprings. Caldera, meaning "boiling pot" is surrounded by the Chiriqui river, which serves as a refreshing cool-off after bathing in the hot springs.

The Amistad National Park.
This park is considered as the first Bi-National Biosphere Reserve of the world because it is located between Panama and Costa Rica. The Panamanian side of the park is part of the mountain range called 'Cordillera de Talamanca'. It covers 207,000 hectares (511,000 acres) of cloud forests.

The Quetzals Trail
The Los Quetzales trail unites the two communities of Boquete and Cerro Punta, and is one of Panama's most visited and popular hikes. Cerro Punta resides on the western slope of Baru Volcano, where as Boquete is situated on the volcano's eastern side. The trail cuts through some of the province's most pristine, protected forest, offering spectacular views of the surrounding valley.

The San Jose de David Fair
From the third Thursday of March and las for ten days, thousands of visitors may appreciated the results of the efforts of the people in one prosper and hardworking province: agriculture, cattle, industry, tourism, handicraft, education, art. Las Tablas
Las Tablas is known for a lively yearly Carnival, in which the town splits into two competing factions, "Calle Arriba" (Uptown) and "Calle Abajo" (Downtown), both centered on two streets of the same name. Each faction will have a carnival queen, a parade, fireworks, music, presentations, contests, etc., all attempting to overpower the other faction's efforts.

Coiba National Park
This park is located south of the province of Veraguas. With a surface of 270,125 hectares (650,000 acres), this park protects three kinds of ecosystems: the island, the reef and marine life. This park is a group of islands with Coiba being the biggest one and Ranchería (Coibita), Jicarón, Jicarita, Afuerita, Canal de Afuera, Uvas, Contreras and Brincanco islands (153,582 hectares or 370,000 acres) together with some marine areas of 216,543 ha (520,000 acres). Which make this one of the most extensive marine parks in the world.
